金城建設召開代際領導力暨新生代管理研討會

為進一步加強新(xin)生代員工(gong)的培養,提高新(xin)生代員工(gong)留(liu)任(ren)率,7月23日,金城建(jian)設(she)召開代際領導力暨新(xin)生代管理(li)研討會。淄(zi)博(bo)職業學院(yuan)建(jian)筑工(gong)程(cheng)學院(yuan)副(fu)院(yuan)長王磊磊、山(shan)東理(li)工(gong)大學建(jian)筑工(gong)程(cheng)學院(yuan)團總支部書記(ji)張(zhang)燕麗應邀參(can)加研討會。

山東理工(gong)(gong)大(da)學建筑工(gong)(gong)程學院(yuan)團總支部書記張(zhang)燕麗結合多年學生管理經驗(yan),總結新(xin)(xin)時代員工(gong)(gong)的五大(da)特點:價值觀多元(yuan)化,以自我為(wei)中(zhong)心(xin);虛(xu)擬(ni)化交往一(yi)(yi)(yi)定程度上影響了社交能(neng)力和心(xin)理狀況;抗壓能(neng)力較(jiao)弱(ruo),功利性較(jiao)強(qiang);道(dao)德(de)意(yi)識明(ming)顯增強(qiang),文明(ming)素(su)養逐步提升(sheng);參與意(yi)識強(qiang),實踐創新(xin)(xin)能(neng)力突出(chu)。建議公(gong)司在(zai)集體層面營造(zao)“家文化”,在(zai)個(ge)人層面注(zhu)重“一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)指導”,在(zai)人才引進實施“一(yi)(yi)(yi)人一(yi)(yi)(yi)策(ce)”。

淄博職業學(xue)院建筑工程學(xue)院副院長王磊磊從校(xiao)企合(he)作(zuo)、訂單制人才培(pei)養(yang)(yang)的維(wei)度(du)建議公司將培(pei)養(yang)(yang)周(zhou)期(qi)前移,在校(xiao)企合(he)作(zuo)培(pei)養(yang)(yang)期(qi)間(jian)做好公司企業文化(hua)、崗位規范、基本崗前教育培(pei)訓(xun),縮(suo)短新生代員(yuan)工進入公司后的培(pei)養(yang)(yang)周(zhou)期(qi),以利于(yu)新生代員(yuan)工的留用(yong)管理。
